How to Place an Order 

When you click on the buy button, you will automatically be transferred to Amazon.com.

Follow their prompts and make your purchase.  Your bag will then be despatched by Amazon and you will be notified of both your purchase and despatch details.

All correspondence regarding your order and shipment should be directed back to Amazon.com

We hope you will be completely happy with your purchase.  My Best Friend Is A Bag thoroughly checks all items to ensure they are in perfect condition before sending and each item is packaged carefully.
If, for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please follow the return/refund instructions provided by Amazon.com

Faulty Products

We off a 100% purchase guarantee against faulty products.  Please contact us via email:  enquiries@mybestfriendisabag.com.au.  Once we have verified the fault with you, we will supply a replacement bag at no charge.
